To be eligible for any refund, customers must follow the official cancellation procedure within the defined time limits. Requests submitted outside the allowed period will not qualify for a refund.

General Policy

•       All hosting services are non-refundable by default.

•       Refunds are only considered under specific, limited conditions defined in this policy.

•       Once a service is activated, no refund request will be entertained. 

Mailing Server

For mailing server services, the following conditions apply:

•       All payments are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances

•       Once an order is placed, it is considered final and non-cancellable

•       Customers cannot request a refund after purchase, regardless of usage or change of mind

Exception (Service Non-Delivery Only)

A refund will be considered only if:

•       Climax Hosting fails to deliver the mailing server service within 15 days of the order date

If the service is delivered within this timeframe, no refund will be issued in any case.

Transaction Date Definition

The “transaction date” refers to the date on which the hosting service is either:

•             Purchased for the first time, or

•             Renewed by the customer

This date is recorded in the official billing system of Climax Hosting and will be used as the reference point for all refund evaluations.

Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing any mailing server service, customers are strongly advised to:

•       Fully understand the product specifications

•       Ensure the service meets their requirements

•       Clarify any doubts with the support team

Once the order is confirmed, it is treated as a binding transaction.

Bandwidth Usage Condition

If a customer exceeds the allocated bandwidth limit within the first billing cycle, the service will no longer qualify for a refund under the money-back guarantee.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

•       VPS Hosting

•       Dedicated Servers

•       Cloud Hosting Solutions

Climax Hosting reserves the right to decline refund requests for these services under all circumstances.

No Refund Commitment

Climax Hosting maintains a strict no-refund policy for mailing server solutions. This policy is enforced to prevent misuse and ensure fair resource allocation.

Right to Suspend or Terminate

Climax Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate any hosting service at its discretion in cases of policy violations, misuse, or security concerns. Any applicable refund in such cases will be evaluated strictly according to this policy.

Final Authority

Climax Hosting reserves the full right to:

•       Approve or reject any exceptional request

•       Modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice
